The goal of the Safe and Reliable AI and the Internet REU project (SRAII) is to improve AI and the Internet through undergraduate research.
SRAII is an NSF Research Experience of Undergraduate (REU) project where students will carry out research working with USC/ISI’s renowned faculty, staff and graduate students on research problems that strive to improve the safety and reliability of AI and the Internet.
SRAII is one of several REU projects at ISI that have been active since 2018. Thus far those projects have supported 54 undergraduate students from the U.S. In a number of cases they have seen their work published in peer-reviewed venues.
